It looks like I'm a bit behind on here. I think I recall the editor on here doing strange things during my last post, so I've been avoiding posting again. But I'm back, we'll see how it goes.
And I just saw the option to add a video, so I'll try to add the YouTube videos of the podcast, except when I selected that option it didn't see any videos to add. Even though I uploaded episode 13 on this browser a couple days ago. 😕
I wanted to let you know that I've uploaded both episode 12 and 13 of the Planting of the Lord podcast. I'll post the links below.
The title of episode 12 is: "Upgrade Your Thoughts" and I talk about why we should work to control more of what we think.
The title of episode 13 is: "EFT Tapping for Trauma and PTSD" and I discuss some and read from a book titled EFT for PTSD by Gary Craig and then show parts of an EFT training video titled: 6 days at the VA.
